“We had our flights to NY cancelled due to the Crowdstrike computer shutdowns. We decided to try our luck and find a place at the beach. John’s listing stood out to us because it was very thorough and detailed in the description, amenities, and pictures. This was very helpful when deciding on a place last minute. We were also looking at another similar place, but chose John’s due to the details and pics. We were also lucky to find out that John is super communicative and timely with his responses. We are so glad we chose John’s place as it is exactly as described. It is very cute, quiet, a short walk to the beach, and included beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, and a wagon to cart it all. I would recommend John’s place to anyone.”

“We loved our labour day weekend the round house. John is an attentive and responsive host, communication was very friendly and easy.
The location is perfect with a short walk to the public beach access and nearby restaurants.
Our kids especially loved all the beach toys, and we loved the provided beach chairs, cart and the cooler.
The house is very well equipped with anything one would need for a beach getaway. We enjoyed having our morning coffee at the sunny patio. Wonderful stay overall!”

“A perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. Close enough to the beach to have a quick walk/swim and so convenient for Carolina Beach State Park, the Southport ferry and the aquarium, which were all on our agenda. We found everything we needed in the house, and more. Definitely recommend.”
